The WorldSleep Global 1000 Ecosystem Partners Talent Plan (the "Talent Plan") is a talent-network initiative launched by WorldSleep. It is more than a course—it is a defining opportunity for the Sleepist. We select vision-aligned partners with clear career or business plans and cultivate sleep-industry integration talents and ecosystem partner nodes who connect supply chains, service networks, and client resources.
Core Slogan
Connect Industries, Build a Better Sleep World
The Talent Plan is not only about knowledge—it cultivates ecosystem partner nodes. We select vision-aligned partners who connect supply chains, service networks, and client resources to co-build a global sleep-health ecosystem.
Systematically master the WST-I (World Sleep Technology-Integrative) system, complete training and assessment, and earn the Sleepist Professional Competency Training Certificate.
Join the global talent directory and, subject to program eligibility, take part in B2B supply-chain matching and C-end client referrals with ongoing platform support. These resources are optional and do not guarantee employment, income, or career development.
Every Sleepist is a partner node in the WorldSleep sleep-health ecosystem, responsible for standard implementation, resource matching, and localized operations—connecting resources and serving clients.
"Sleepist" combines "Sleep" with the suffix "-ist"—denoting a person who specializes in and masters a craft, as in Artist or Scientist—and is defined and promoted globally by WorldSleep. It identifies a sleep-industry integration talent who integrates the humanities and arts, evidence-based science, psychology, and nutrition, and is also a partner node in the global sleep-health ecosystem who can connect resources and serve clients within the platform network.
Trained and assessed by WorldSleep, with integration capabilities under the WST-I system and a unified technical framework and industry reference standards.
Holders are sleep-health ecosystem partner nodes within the WorldSleep ecosystem, connecting resources, serving clients, and taking part in co-building the ecosystem network.
Unlike ordinary courses that end at graduation with no follow-up, this offers small-cohort learning, mentorship, and continuous business and resource-matching support.
"Sleepist" is defined and promoted globally by WorldSleep to identify the sleep-industry integration talents trained by this system, corresponding to the official domain sleepist.com.
Not a "knowledge exam filter" but a "partner pre-selection": application materials plus interview, with payment only after merit-based admission—so every Sleepist represents the professional standard of the system.
Hosted by WorldSleep and jointly supported by institutions including UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai and Beijing Huaxia Kangtai Medical Research Institute (HHHA).
The global sleep-health industry is growing rapidly and the sleep-consumption market keeps expanding, yet the industry still faces pain points such as imperfect standards, insufficient professionals, a disconnect between research and application, and fragmented services.
We are committed to cultivating integration talents and ecosystem partner nodes who are dedicated to the sleep industry, have integrated service capabilities, and are willing to co-build the ecosystem—leading sleep-health services toward professionalization, standardization, and ecosystem development.
