The Sleepist Professional Competency Training Certificate is issued by WorldSleep, valid worldwide, with a 3-year validity. To renew, complete continuing-education credits and submit at least one case report within 3 months before expiry, subject to review. The Diamond Talent Award is WorldSleep's annual ecosystem individual-contribution honor, awarded on merit to outstanding practitioners who continuously create value across the talent and service networks and embody the Six Diamond Talent Principles: Purity, Solidity, Permanence, Multi-faceted, Brilliance, and Order. The honor comprises a Diamond Talent trophy, an honorary certificate, and a unique number (WLDSLP-XXXX).
The Diamond Talent Award and the Sleepist certification are separate systems: certification is open to all applicants, while the honor is awarded on merit. Outstanding individuals who hold the Sleepist certification are more likely to enter the pool considered for the Diamond Talent Award.
